Fiery Chicken Fries

A different kind of burn.

When Burger King came to Code & Theory with their new chicken fries, we wanted to give them a campaign that focused on their fiery taste but gave a whole new meaning to the word “spicy.” With the tagline “Offensively Spicy,” we created content that featured a raunchier side of BK.

I developed the visual identity of the campaign, taking inspiration from seedy underground comedy clubs and crackling neon lights. The neon effect was used across all social channels and content, giving the whole campaign a feeling totally unique to Burger King. I also concepted, shot, and edited many of the posts that had the highest rate of interaction during the launch.
